Have you ever thought about what you would do if you were diagnosed with cancer? I think that most people fear it and don’t want to think about it – until it happens to them that is and then there’s fear, panic, and confusion along with the anger, self pity and other emotions that come [...] It sure is! I’ve been thinking about writing something about juicing for a little while now and I’ve just read a fantastic story on someone else’s site about her mothers amazing recovery from cancer after being given 6 months to live and the part that they believe, her consuming fresh juices every day played in [...] Poor Patrick Swayze – dead at 57 of cancer. The world (and of course very sadly his loved ones) loses yet another amazing human being much earlier than was necessary. Apparently in the media, a cancer doctor (oncologist) has declared that Patrick living for 20 months after his diagnosis was an achievement. The sad fact is [...] When I’m out walking or running in the morning I’ve noticed really bad smells coming from people’s homes – laundry detergent! It absolutely stinks and I can smell it from out in the street! That just goes to show how strong the fragrances are in some of them. (It actually makes me wonder how dogs [...] I might step on some toes with this post, but I feel the need to express my opinion on these constant cancer emails that arrive in my inbox almost every day! You know the ones – she’s walking around the world for breast cancer or ovarian cancer or the pink ribbon ones – pass them on [...] |
